Shhh… I’m going to tell you my secret for making Blue Cheese dressing that won’t clog your arteries or taste like it’s made from straight fat… Greek yogurt. If you like your blue cheese dressing a bit chunky, save out some of the blue cheese and add it back in after you run the rest of the ingredients through the food processor.
Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 14 ounce package of blue cheese crumbles
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
