These Sugar Cookie fruit pizza’s look GORGEOUS, don’t they! The best part is that, if you get purchased sugar cookies, these are made up 10 minutes flat. They are a fabulous addition to a summer party, birthday party, or just for a sweet treat after supper. I made these for a summer picnic we had and they looked amazing!
I like to use whipped cream cheese in a tub to keep it even faster and help me be able to spread the cream cheese without breaking the cookie.
Of COURSE you can make your own sugar cookies, if you like. But honestly, why? Purchased sugar cookies are often a bit stiffer than homemade and, therefore, work BETTER for these little pizzas.
I’m going to be honest here and admit that berries have my heart. They are truly the brightest, happiest, most colorful little things nature can produce. AND they are so darn practical.
Flowers are gorgeous, don’t get me wrong. And herbs have my love, too. But berries are gorgeous AND provide me with nutrition.
Truly, I can’t get enough of them.
Summer and fresh mint go together perfectly. In summer, you will always find a bunch of fresh mint in my fridge. I am liberal with mint on my desserts, in my water, and pitchers and pitchers of mint-infused lemonade.
Grab your kids or grand-kids and let them help you make up these cute sugar cookie fruit pizzas. I bet you will have a hard time getting them finished, you’ll find your ingredients keep getting “tested”.
