I grew up on Marshmallow Creme (or creme, as some call it) on peanut butter sandwiches, in peanut butter cookies, for quick fudge, and anything else we could talk our mom into putting it on. And we tried to talk into everything! We would make up crazy marshmallow fluff combo ideas.

Essentially, no. But yes. The way they are made is different. Marshmallow cream uses cream of tartar while fluff doesn't. But to you and I, for our purposes...they are the same.
