I am a die hard coffee drinker but right now I’m sipping Pu Ehr — a black tea that is supposed to be good for your metabolism. Dr. Oz in is infinite wisdom (?) first introduced me to the tea. I purchase it from a tea shop in Saint Simons Island. I love the tea. It is black as coffee but it doesn’t bother the tummy with too much acid. You can get several cups of tea out of the leaves. I’m sorry – I’m digressing!! That is pretty common for me. I love your idea of making my own blends. That is perfect because this tea shop sells the loose tea :-) I’m pinning so I can remember. I think I want to do something with ginger and numeric. Thank you for the great inspiration. Have a great Sunday!!
