Homemade Chili Powder Recipe:
Easy to make with spices you already have on hand! Use it for rubs, soups, sauces, and of course…chili!
- 2 tablespoons paprika (use smoked, if you have it)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- Whisk everything together and store in an airtight container. Use in recipes that call for chili powder.
