A creamy, cheesy alfredo sauce perfect served up over your favorite pasta and comes together quickly. Use full cream for the most decadent version or low-ft milk to keep it light. I use cashew milk for a dairy-free version taht is oh so yummy!
1/4cupfresh chopped parsley
3/4cuphalf and half or use cream or milk
1cupgrated Parm cheese
pepper and salt to taste
Prevent your screen from going dark
Set milk on counter (to bring closer to room temp) while working.
In large skillet melt butter, add chicken and onion.
Saute for 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked and onion is translucent.
Add milk, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt & pepper, and cooked broccoli.
