the Best Gluten-free Waffles
These gluten free waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside exactly as a waffle should be!
- 1 c. rice flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk to make buttermilk add 1 tsp lemon juice per cup of milk. stir. let sit for several minutes
- 1 tsp honey
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix the ingredients together. Don't overmix!
** add a bit of milk to your batter if it is too thick**
Pour an appropriate amount into waffle maker.
Cook until your waffle-maker tells you it's done or until it's the golden color you prefer.
Enjoy with real maple syrup. Yum!
