1lbground beef
1/2cuponiondiced

3/4cupwaterdivided in 1/2
2/3cupketchup
2dashes worcestershire sauce
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspooncider vinegar
1teaspoonsriracha
For Assembly
8Rhodes BakeNServ Dinner Rolls, baked according to pkg directions
1cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2cupred peppers, copped, optional
1/2cupgreen onions, chopped

For sloppy joe sauce
In skillet, on med-high heat, saute meat and onions until meat is in small bits and onion is transparent about 6 minutes.
Add garlic and continue to saute until garlic is fragrant, a minute or two.
Pour in the first half of the water, scrape the pan, and add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 min on med-high heat.
Add the additional water, turn heat down to medium and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until thickened. Stir often.
Stir in the sriracha and vinegar. Let stand a couple of minutes. Serve.
For assembly:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the sloppy joe sauce according to the previous instructions.
Using a spoon, carefully hollow out the center of the baked rolls.
Place the rolls on aluminum lined bakign sheet.
Fill the hollow rolls with the prepared sloppy joe sauce.
Top the sloppy joe sauce with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top with optional chopped peppers.
Bake in the 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until full melted and browned.
Top the cooked sloppy joe stuffed bread with optional green onions.
