Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the pumpkin, oil, sugar, and egg... beat well
In a separate bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
Dissolve the baking soda into the milk and stir it into the dough.
Add the flour and mix well.
Stir in the vanilla and chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Notes
You can successfully sub:
1/2 of the oil for applesauce.
White sugar for brown sugar.
Wheat flour for all-purpose flour.
