Ingredients
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3tbspbutter
1/4cupsoy sauce
16 oz pineapple tidbits, drained -save the juice(we use frozen tidbits but canned works great too!)
1/4cuphoney(or 3 tablespoons of brown sugar)
2tspsugar
1/2tspcloves and ginger(or cloves and cinnamon, or cinnamon and ginger...one of those combos)
3tablespoons flour(if needed, use a gluten-free substitute)

Melt your butter in a large skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Add the pineapple, soy sauce, honey, sugar, and spices to the pan, scraping the bottom a bit to bring up the browned bits. Let come to a boil.
Turn the sauce down to a simmer. Push aside the pineapple and add the flour to the liquid, slowly...whisking with a fork as you add it.
Add enough flour to bring the sauce to the thickness you prefer. If necessary, add some of the saved juice to thin out the sauce.
Remove from heat and add the cooked chicken. Stir.
Serve on top of cooked rice with chopped green onions.
