Instructions
Brew an 8 oz cup of coffee and chill it in the freezer for about 15 minutes until very cold.
Add the ice cream to your large mug or glass.
Pour chilled coffee on top of the ice cream.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Enjoy immediately!
Notes
To make this a German Coffee Cocktail simply add brandy to the coffee prior to chilling it. I recommend an ounce of brandy per serving.
