Sweet & Spicy Crockpot Meatballs

Only 5 minutes of prep and you can let the crockpot do all the work to make these perfectly sweet and spicy meatballs! Perfect as an appetizer for Game Day. Or serve up with mashed potatoes for an easy weekday meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen fully cooked beef meatballs
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 jalapeño's seeded and finely chopped

Instructions

  • Place meatballs in a 4 quart slow cooker
  • In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and jalsapeño's until combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the frozen meatballs and toss to fully coat the meatballs.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve garnished with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds.

Notes

1 cup jalapeño ketchup can be subbed for the ketchup and chopped jalapeño's.
