- 8 hot dogs sliced about ½ inch
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Sliced green onions for serving
- Sesame seeds for serving
- 4 servings of rice cooked
Add ½ tablespoon of sesame oil to a hot saute pan, add the sliced hot dogs.
Saute on medium-high heat until the hot dogs are nice and browned.
Add the garlic.
Saute the garlic until fragrant.
Add the remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and red pepper flakes. Stir.
Heat and taste. Add additional seasoning as desired.
Serve the hot dogs over rice with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
