- 1 baked pie crust or use a graham cracker crust
- 2 pkgs vanilla pudding 3.5 oz each
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 bananas sliced
- 2 cups whipped topping thawed
Beat the pudding, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together until smooth and thickened.
Gently fold in ½ cup of the whipped topping.
Pile the sliced bananas along the baked and cooled pie shell. Save a few slices for the top.
Pour the pudding mixture over the top of the bananas in the pie shell.
Top with the remaining whipped topping.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
