Spicy Deviled Eggs
peeled and cut in half length-wise
brown mustard works as well
plain Greek yogurt
splash of vinegar
pepper to taste
optional: chili powder and croutons
Remove the egg yolk from the hard-boiled eggs and place in medium bowl. Mash well.
Add remainder of ingredients to the bowl. Mix well.
Spoon filling into empty eggs.
Top with chili powder and croutons
Keep these in the refrigerator until ready to serve! They will keep for a couple days, but we really recommend eating them as soon as possible after making them.
