Peach Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2.5 cups sugar
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Bring ingredients to a boil.
- Keep at a low boil for 15 minutes or until reduced by half.
- Strain the peaches out and cool the syrup.
