Habanero Hollandaise Sauce
A spice hollendaise sauce perfect for Tex Mex Eggs Benedict!
- 2 egg yolks
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 Tablespoons hot water
- 4-6 shakes of Black Label Reserve El Yucateco Sauce
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 3-4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt optional
- salt & pepper to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Add lime juice and hot sauce.
Pour in hot water and melted butter.
Beat well.
Beat in a tablespoon of flour and microwave for 20 seconds. Beat well.
Continue adding 1 tablespoon of flour and microwave for 20 seconds until desired consistency is achieve. Serve immediate.y
