Habanero Hollandaise Sauce

A spice hollendaise sauce perfect for Tex Mex Eggs Benedict!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3 Tablespoons hot water
  • 4-6 shakes of Black Label Reserve El Yucateco Sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 3-4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt optional
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat eggs.
  • Add lime juice and hot sauce.
  • Pour in hot water and melted butter.
  • Beat well.
  • Beat in a tablespoon of flour and microwave for 20 seconds. Beat well.
  • Continue adding 1 tablespoon of flour and microwave for 20 seconds until desired consistency is achieve. Serve immediate.y
