Instructions
Beat sugars, butter, and egg together.
Add flours, spices, and baking soda. Beat together.
Stir in chopped apple.
Roll into balls 1-2 inches in diameter.
Bake for 12-14 minutes on 350 degrees.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon while warm, if desired.
