Pour orange juice into a large pitcher.
Crush the lavender a bit in your hands to release the aroma and flavor.
Add the lavender sprigs to the orange juice and stir.
Top with the frozen orange juice or ice cubes.
Place the pitcher into the fridge overnight.
The next morning top the pitcher off with a bottle of chilled Andre champagne.
Serve in champagne flutes.
Note: Adjust the ingredients to fit your preferences. Remember that any herb will work in place of lavender... use your fave!
