These gluten free waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside exactly as a waffle should be!

Ingredients
- 1 c. rice flour
- ½ cup potato starch
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk to make buttermilk add 1 tsp lemon juice per cup of milk. stir. let sit for several minutes
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together. Don't overmix!
- ** add a bit of milk to your batter if it is too thick**
- Pour an appropriate amount into waffle maker.
- Cook until your waffle-maker tells you it's done or until it's the golden color you prefer.
- Enjoy with real maple syrup. Yum!
