Homemade Mocha Syrup-sugar-free version
A sugar-free version of the traditional mocha syrup
unsweetened cocoa powder
Truvia baking blend
Put all ingredients into a medium, heavy saucepan on medium heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Allow to gently boil, whisking constantly until thickened (about 4 minutes).
Pour syrup into a jar and allow to cool.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Put 2 tablespoons of syrup into 1 cup of strong coffee and stir.
