uncooked shrimp peeled
tailed and deveined--thawed
Place shrimp in bowl and squeeze the lime juice all over. Toss.
In small bowl mix all remaining ingredients.
Toss with shrimp.
Melt butter in a skillet on med-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook about 4 minutes (or until shrimp are lightly pink) stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp to warmed tortillas and top with coleslaw. Serve with lime wedge.
These are delicious served with soft white cheese like mozzarella as well!
These serve 6, depending on the size of your tortillas and the amount of shrimp in each.
