Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Mix the olive oil with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the chicken wings with the oil mixture.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet for 45-55 minutes (or until no longer pink) in a 400 degree oven.
  • Pair with a great dipping sauce.

Notes

I use frozen chicken wings, if you use thawed reduce your time to about 30 minutes (but watch them after 20!)
