Cold Brew Coffee
An easy way to get your favorite cold brew at home.
Gluten Free, Low Lactose, Vegan
coarse ground dark roast
Pour the 1 cup coarse ground dark roast coffee into a pitcher with the 8 cups water. Stir.
Put the pitcher in a fridge for 18-24 hours.
Strain coffee grounds from pitcher (see above for tips on straining). Pour and enjoy!
Add 2-3 tablespoons of concentrate to 1 cup of cold water or milk and top with ice. Adjust the amount of concentrate according to your tastes.
