  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 31/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream


  • Beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar, a bit at a time.
  • Add the rosemary and salt, beat until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes.
  • Add the cream until the desired consistency is achieved.
