- 1 cup butter softened
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 31/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
Slowly add the powdered sugar, a bit at a time.
Add the rosemary and salt, beat until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes.
Add the cream until the desired consistency is achieved.
