Melt the butter in a large pot on medium heat. Put in the onion and celery and cook gently for about 5 minutes on low heat.
Stir in the flour. (it will look like a paste...perfect!)
Slowly add the broth and stir. Cook until thickened, stirring often. About 4 minutes.
Add the rice, chicken, and Silk Milk and heat through, stirring often.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
