Coconut "butter" cream frosting (vegan)


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened be sure to use coconut oil made for med heat and not the kind intended for high-heat cooking
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened


  • Beat butter and cream cheese until combined
  • Add vanilla and beat until combined.
  • Add powdered sugar in small amounts until desired consistency.
