Banana Bread French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf pan banana bread sliced into about 1 inch thick sticks
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk or cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, minus the bread, being sure eggs are properly beaten.
  • Dip sticks into batter and cover all sides letting sit in the egg mix for a couple seconds.
  • Fry in melted butter for about 2 minutes on all sides in frying pan on medium heat, until golden brown.
  • If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with Blackberry Syrup.
