Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 ounce can black beans, rinsed, drained, and mashed.
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten.
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or coconut oil.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup white sugar

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour into greased 8 by 8 baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
