Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients

15.5 ounce can black beans, rinsed, drained, and mashed.

eggs
lightly beaten.

tablespoons
vegetable oil
or coconut oil.
1/4
cup
cocoa powder
1
pinch
salt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
3/4
cup
white sugar

Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into greased 8 by 8 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
