Instructions
Mix the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Spread into greased 8 by 8 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
