Gluten free Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder

Instructions

  • Mix the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • Spread into greased 8 by 8 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
