Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients, except the water, into your blender. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed. Add salt to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
