use dark, milk..whatever you like
the fattier the milk, the richer the cocoa...use what you prefer
try changing this up with a different flavor sometime. Hazelnut?
Heat on medium in a heavy saucepan until chocolate melts.
Stirring often continue heating until desired temperature is reached.
Use a whisk or frother and beat for 4 minutes. (this is optional!)
