Duffy frosting kit…not just for frosting? Oh no, maam. Here at NellieBellie we are always looking for new and clever uses for common tools. And even frosting kits aren’t saved from my eagle eye (or evil eye, depending :)). So, we have some homemade frozen pudding dots being made with the frosting kit!
So, let’s take some puddin’.
Pop it into our piping bags. If you don’t have piping bags, ziploc bags work well, too. And if you have an unused ketchup bottle…those work GREAT!
This is so easy, cute, and fun that you just won’t be able to take it! Sure, it’s still pudding. Nothing magical about popping pudding into the fridge…it still comes out as pudding.
But your kids will think it’s magic. Guaranteed.
Pipe pudding dots on to wax or parchment paper. You can make them any size you like. My kid’s love those Dippin’ Dots that cost their entire college savings. So, I made mine similar to the size of those dots. It was an attempt at tomfoolery. For the record, it didn’t work.
I threw in some vanilla pudding dots and some swirl pudding dots. Levi is already requesting butterscotch next time.
And…these would work just as well for yogurt. So, my taste buds are thinking strawberry Greek yogurt frozen dots would taste fabulous! And then it would actually be a good-for-you snack! Bonus.
So, you go with your magic self and make some dots with your piping bags (or your ziploc bags) and your pudding’!
