Okay, so dyed eggs are a part of Easter for everyone. But, really...they are a huge pain in the rear! They are messy, take a lot of work, and are just plain awful. But kids love them. So we came up with an alternative they'll love just as much and you'll love even more! Take some Crayola sidewalk chalk, hardboiled eggs, and a bit of water. Dip the chalk in the water (this makes it less powdery, so it stays better), and draw on the eggs! That easy.
Levi really liked putting faces on them. That's something you can't do with dye. Nope.
Not even close.
He was concentrating pretty hard on his task. Okay, not really. But there was one particular egg face he really wanted to get right. It was cute. And you know what? We don't even have a picture of it for you. Sorry. That's a fail.
Seriously. It is so simple!!!!
