Tot Boss; remember the tots!

Have we told you yet that we’re on a mission this summer to find the best tator tots in Minnesota?  And that Tot Boss was one stop on the way?

We haven’t?  Shame on us!

Well, we are.  We do live in Minnesota, after all.  And tator tots are a Minnesota delicacy.

So we’re touring around, finding places that serve great tots.

And who could pass up a food truck dedicated exclusively to tots?!  Not us!!!

Sure, Levi’s cute and everything…but the important thing is the sign in the background.  See all those versions of tots?!?!  Go Tot Boss!

And who could pass up those beautiful tots?  And do you see the tator tot casserole below?  Okay…we’ve never really liked tator tot casserole.  But this is a Minnesota endeavor…so tasting some of that casserole is a must.

The Tot Boss changes locations frequently, so we can’t actually give you a location for them.  But you’ll find them frequently among other food trucks around the Minneapolis/St.Paul area. They are also great about updating their location via their Twitter handle…@TotsBossTruck

Please tell me your daughter, the Greens Goddess, will be on the hunt for the best salads in Minnesota, my thighs can’t take the stuff you’ve been eating lately, not to mention I’m going to have to plan a trip into the city every weekend just to try this stuff out.
