I realize it’s the cool thing to do to round up my blogging year of 2012 with my top posts.
and maybe share with you the future I have planned.That sounds all well and good.But, there is a problem…
1. I don’t know what I have planned. I kind of wing this blog. In case you haven’t noticed.
2. I’m not a rounder upper. I am not one to look back. I love seeing others do it, and think that I should try. That is what I intended to do with this post…round-up. Then, when I started trying to write it I realized that I would be faking it. And, I promised myself I wouldn’t do anything just because it seems like what a blogger should do. So, you won’t get a round-up from me. But, 2012 was a great year and I hope 2013 brings more of the same!
I thought to myself… “self, what would you want to share with your readers that would be the best thing of 2012. ” After I realized it’s strange to be talking to oneself I then realized the best thing of 2012 is without question all of you. Hands down the best thing on this blog in 2012 is you! I LOVE getting emails, messages, and comments from you all. I LOVE you sharing with me.
So, I wanted to end the year with the star being on you. My readers are the best in the land. From near and far…you wear the glass slippers, ride the white stallion, have the golden locks…the fairytale that is NellieBellie happens because of you.
So, show off. Show me what YOU did that you are proud of in 2012. If you aren’t a blogger, leave a comment. I WANT to hear! If you are a blogger, I will do my best to visit each and every one of you. First! I talk to myself ALL The Time! And second, love the idea of the linky to see what others have rounded up from the year … just sorry I missed it! Oh, and 3rd … I wasn’t a rounder upper, then I tried it and now I’m in love with the round up. That makes me think of round offs, the cartwheel type move where you land on both feet at the same time. I love those too!
