My pot has seen better days. And my stove needs washing. But…that means I cook. That bodes well for recipes!

Yes, I know I am interrupting again. It’s important.
You will notice I didn’t include pictures of mushrooms, tomatoes, or spinach.
That’s cause its up to you to include them or not.
I personally don’t think the tomatoes are optional. But, technically they are.
Just be sure to include additional broth.
Mushrooms and spinach. Again your choice.
Be sure to put that spinach in at the end.
And…taste your soup at the end!
You should ALWAYS taste your food. And learn how to season.
I personally add about a cup of cream, 1/2 cup white wine, and a bit of hot sauce.
Sometimes it needs additional salt or seasoning.
But…the joy of soups…you make it your own!!
